Just as a fine wine requires careful attention to detail, patience, and a willingness to let it breathe, our wellbeing requires intentional nurturing, self-care, and the ability to let go of what no longer serves us.
Great wine is the result of a delicate balance of elements (soil, sun, water and time) – our wellbeing is the result of a delicate balance of physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual elements.
At the Wine & Wellbeing workshops we’ll be exploring various wellbeing ‘varietals’ from mindfulness and self-care to resilience and purpose. We’ll discover how to ‘tend the vines’ of our lives and nurturing what brings us joy and fulfillment.

Cheryl-Lynn Peters
Founder of CALM, Cheryl-Lynn is a Positive Psychology graduate with over 20 years of teaching experience, working extensively with neuro divergent thinkers. Through her women focused coaching practice, she combines evidence-based methods with her personal insights from raising 3 children, to help other women align their values with their goals and create sustainable strategies for living a calm, meaningful and successful life. Rooted in her belief that everyone has untapped potential, Cheryl has helped transform hundreds of students by intwining pragmatic personal growth strategies focused on resilience, purpose and intentional living into their daily lives.

Niro Dayalan
Founder of UnKonventional High-Performance Coaching, brings over a decade of experience blending neuroscience, positive psychology, and transpersonal coaching to help men and women in relationships thrive. As a father of three and an accomplished relationship and leadership coach, Niro has guided over 1,000
individuals and couples worldwide, empowering them to create balance in work, love, mental toughness, and spirituality.
